Job Details
Although a hard hitting US/UK/International practice, the firm successfully combine delivering a big ticket, global finance capability, working on deals in the £100 millions to £billions, whilst maintaining a relaxed and modern working culture; dress down every day, agile and remote working as well as flexible benefits.
The team advise private equity sponsors and leading global banks, HSBC, Barclays, Citibank etc on sponsor and lender acquisition/leveraged finance deals. Having recently made a high profile lateral hire to add to the already substantial team, they are instructed on an increasing number of big ticket, cross border deals.
Although US in origin, the firm has a substantial footprint in London and is one of the largest US offices in London. Subsequently, the hours culture is more akin to that of a Silver Circle firm, however the remuneration is certainly higher.
