Job Details
Our client is a leading international investment bank and we have been instructed to search for an junior to mid-level lawyer to join their Transaction Services division, specifically supporting the Cash Management and Trade Finance businesses.
The successful candidate will advise on a range of matters including: Cash Management products such as account opening, electronic banking and liquidity management solutions (e.g. cash pooling); Trade Finance products including Flow Trade, Trade Operations, Trade Distributions and Supply Chain Finance Platform.
Our client is looking for a lawyer with circa 2-6 years' banking experience gained at a leading law firm or financial institution. Trade Finance and/or Cash Management experience would be advantageous.
