Job Details
Our client is a well-renowned, established international wealth manager and they are expanding their legal team in line with their growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to the business in relation to all of its activities including discretionary and advisory mandates, custody, lending and deposits, wealth planning and product development. He/she will also support the governance of the organisation as well as advise on regulatory and compliance matters. The ideal candidate would have circa 4-8 years' PQE and preferably have experience in products and services typically offered in the wealth management space. Lending and deposits and alternative investment vehicle experience would be desirable.
