We are working on a unique opportunity for corporate lawyers to move to the Cayman/BVI offices of this leading global offshore firm.

The firm is looking to recruit English qualified corporate associates from the London market, and is offering high-quality transactional work with an impressive array of globally recognised clients.

The team advises on the offshore aspects of high-value international deals, including corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment funds.

The majority of lawyers in the firm’s Caribbean offices trained and qualified at leading international firms in the City of London, and moved offshore to develop their career in an exciting marketplace that can offer vast benefits over London from both a career and lifestyle viewpoint.

A tropical climate, world class beaches and easy access to outdoor activities make this a hard prospect to turn down for any lawyer who is looking to escape the metropolis.

Candidates of interest will be English qualified, working for a top-tier City practice with upwards of 1 PQE, and will ideally have a broad range of experience across mainstream corporate transactions, although specialist funds associates are also of interest. 

In a far less crowded field, lawyers moving offshore will be in a strong position to progress and become established in a very lucrative market.
