Job Details
A leading global investment management institution is looking to expand its corporate and commercial legal team in London. The business is seeking a corporate lawyer at around the 2 PQE level to join a small team to take on a broad scope of responsibilities focussing primarily on corporate finance and capital markets work but dealing with a wide range of commercial matters alongside this.
As one of only two corporate specialists in a team supporting a huge global business, this opportunity would see you become involved in a broad range of advisory, transactional, regulatory and project work, with the chance to learn new skills in the commercial sphere and benefit from an excellent support structure and a culture than encourages and facilitates career progression and development.
