This Boutique firm are currently looking for an NQ Gambling associate to join their Gambling team in London.
They have one of the largest dedicated online gambling teams of any UK law firm and their gambling lawyers have many collective years of experience in representing the largest and most successful business-to-business and business-to consumer companies in the industry as well as the media businesses, brand owners, payment processors and other service suppliers that are today connected with the sector.
They have unrivalled gambling regulatory, commercial and M&A expertise - many of their experts are ranked as leading individuals in the UK and global legal directories.
The team assists stakeholders across the gambling ecosystem on all their day-to-day legal, regulatory and compliance requirements as well as working on complex projects and strategic advisory matters. Outside their core gambling team, their tax, technology, advertising, brand protection, litigation, data protection, employment and property specialists regularly advise gambling businesses.
You can expect to work with many of the biggest names within the sector. You will work on the full range of commercial and regulatory projects and play a role on corporate transactions in the sector. Whilst some projects will involve larger teams, most assignments will involve you working directly with partners.
This role would suit an ambitious newly qualified lawyer who has gained experience during their training contract within a Regulatory, Commercial, IP and/or Corporate practice. Experience within the gambling sector is useful but by no means essential, but an interest in the sector is a must.
