Excellent role for a regulatory solicitor to join this supportive and values driven firm in Birmingham.
Our client is a leading firm with an enviable national reputation for its work across the health and social care, housing, education, charity and public sectors.
The firm is keen to appoint a specialist regulatory defence lawyer to join its growing regulatory function. The partner led department has a particular focus on advising on a range of often high profile cases including serious H&S prosecutions, Inquests, fire safety issues, professionals facing prosecution and also dealing with investigations and prosecutions brought by the EA, CQC, fire services and local authorities.
You will be a solicitor with at least 1-2 years PQE in regulatory defence work (experience of dealing with the CQC a particular advantage) as well as the ability to manage clients "in crisis." You will be client focused with a calm and commercial approach and possess a desire to further your experience in this challenging and varied area of law.
