National firm seeks to appoint a talented solicitor to join their market leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Our client is a well liked and impressive UK law firm home to a strong finance and restructuring practice. The firm now seeks to appoint a solicitor or associate with at least 1 year pqe to join their successful Birmingham team.
Working in a friendly partner led team you'll have exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property related issues. Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters.
You will have gained experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice and you may already be based in the Midlands or seeking a move to the region from London or another regional centre.
