There is a broad range of work on offer, focusing on domestic and international M&A and capital markets transactions, and the need is for an experienced hand to help guide the strategic direction of the Corporate practice as it continues its expansion. 

Applications are welcome from lawyers qualified in the UK, although Australian, Kiwi and Canadian qualified candidates will also be considered. 

Given the stature of the work and responsibilities for team management, it is expected that the candidate will be comfortable operating at a senior level. 

Ideally candidates will have a background at a well-regarded international firm, with transferable cross-border transactional experience.
