About the US Qualified Capital Markets Lawyer.
As the capital markets lawyer, you will have to be qualified in the United States and have a substantial experience in capital markets - ideally a mix of both equity and debt transactions, but having a solid background in one or the other will be considered.
You will have at least four years experience in this field and a proven track record of high value transactions as well as a demonstrated ability to manage and work with senior stakeholders.
