Job Details
Reporting directly to the London legal director you will advise on and facilitate the company's rapid global growth. You will manage corporate development projects and handle operational matters across the group, supporting regional teams. This is an exciting time to join an extremely acquisitive global business.
You will be an experience lawyer, qualified in the UK or another common law jurisdiction, having trained with an international law firm. You will posses substantial cross-border M&A transactional experience and the ability to liaise with key stakeholders confidently.
