RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Our client is a multi-site Legal 500 rated firm with over 200 staff, and with ambitious plans to continue its expansion. The firm has internal specialists for various management functions, and are now looking to recruit a 'Head of Risk and Compliance' to succession plan for someone who is approaching retirement.
Working alongside the CEO and the Management Board, the Head of Risk and Compliance will have lead responsibility for managing all aspects of risk and compliance and the maintenance of in-house and external quality standards across the firm and will be responsible for leading the implementation of all regulatory and statutory requirements which impact on risk and compliance.
Ideally, candidates will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise of the SRA's regulatory framework and associated rules and legislation, and will be coming from a legal background either having practised as a lawyer or having performed a compliance for another legal practice.
