Insolvency/Restructuring Associate or Legal Director, Birmingham, Highly Regarded National Firm, Competitive Package

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Restructuring/Insolvency Lawyer to join one of Birmingham's leading restructuring teams. The ideal candidate will come from a corporate, commercial litigation, commercial property or corporate insolvency/restructuring background. To be successful in this role you will however need:

• at least 5+ years PQE in the above disciplines with ideally some experience of insolvency
• a desire to deliver creative and bespoke solutions as part of a broader corporate team
• a real interest in advising on disposals of businesses out of administration, purchases of businesses and the restructuring of transactions
• a strength in developing relationships alongside a passion for business development. It is anticipated that you will spend around 1-2 evenings per week with clients
