Job Details
This major international firm is seeking a junior/mid level lawyer to specialise in structured products/derivatives; joining this supportive team you will work on a broad caseload covering the full range of OTC and securitised derivatives repos and stock loans. The team works on cutting edge products; it was instrumental in drafting the Brexit industry related docs and also works in the fintech space. Working closely with partners you will receive excellent training and will gain a high degree of autonomy and client contact. Client secondments are encouraged. Whilst a seat/some experience in structured products/derivatives would be ideal, the firm is happy to train bright junior lawyers who have a real interest in the area. Overseas qualified finance lawyers who have an interest in the area are also encouraged to apply.
