Our client is a rapidly expanding Legal 500 rated commercial firm in Leeds, with a full service spread to clients ranging from SME/OMBs to plcs, locally and across the UK. The firm enjoys a great profile in the market and has high end expertise by virtue of the big firm backgrounds of the majority of their partners.

The firms real estate group has significant momentum, and part of that is their Property Litigation unit which has recruited in the last 12 months but now wants its next additional recruit. Suitable candidates will be cNQ-1yrPQE, and 2019 qualifiers are of specific interest as the firm has more roles than internal NQs in 2019.

You will handle high quality property litigation disputes, including a broad range of matters such as lease renewals, development agreement disputes, dilapidations and covenant disputes. You'll be supervised by a Legal Director and get fully involved in matters from the outset so as an NQ you'll consolidate your skills quickly.

You should be keen to have client contact and responsibility for your own matters, and this firm places great importance on all its fee earners building client relationships and taking part of networking so you need to be willing to do that. The firm has a truly collegiate feel and has been popular in past years with lawyers tired of the grind' of practising in Top 25 brands and who instead want a better work-life experience and different level of professional stimulation and satisfaction.
