COMMERCIAL LITIGATION (JERSEY) (1 - 2 PQE) (£ CITY RATES)

The Jersey office of this offshore Magic Circle firm are seeking a 1 - 2 PQE commercial litigator who has gained their experience at a major international firm in London, Australia or New Zealand and has excellent academics. The work is broad-ranging and includes fraud and asset tracing claims, freezing injunctions, enforcement of foreign judgments, claims against directors, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, trusts disputes, insolvency and restructuring, partnership disputes, funds disputes and banking and financial disputes, and the cases are often complex, cross-border and of high value.
