A UK law firm with a leading practice in the Energy, Infrastructure and Construction sector seeks a Mid-Level Projects Lawyer to join growing team in Singapore.
The team has an impressive track record in power and oil and gas transactions, particularly across the emerging markets. They act for renowned international oil & gas and prominent energy players on broad range of (non-contentious) legal matter from projects, operations, acquisitions, disposals, and financings.
In this role, you will be expected to supervise junior lawyers in the team, and be the lead counsel on various projects. You will also be comfortable in leading negotiations and engaging in business development activities.
Requirements:
- UK/US/AUS Qualifications would be highly preferred
- 4-6 PQE gained in a top tier local/international law firm
- Strong familiarity in SEA jurisdictions
