Top tier international law firm are looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer into their Muscat office in Oman. Ideally you will be 3-4 years' pqe but this can vary depending on the candidate.

They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, providing support on and driving forward a wide range of Corporate matters, for a variety of clients. In addition, as a member of the team you will play a key part in business and practice development, and therefore experience of managing client relationships is important.

The GCC Corporate team are currently working on a number of high profile transactions including but not limited to; M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions.

Their Oman office is currently made up of a number of junior and senior lawyers working in; Banking, Construction litigation, Commercial Disputes, Employment and Corporate.

The total headcount for the office is 15 and they are very close-knit, sociable team.

• Legal professionals – FILEX, MILEX, ILEX, Licenced Conveyancers, paralegals, legal assistants and fee earners
• Support services - practice managers, COLP / COFA – regulatory and compliance, office managers, IT developers, case management specialists, law costs draftsmen and negotiators, legal secretaries, legal cashiers
