My client is a global financial institution. They are looking to hire a junior/mid level derivatives lawyer to join their markets business. The role requires knowledge of FX, credit and rates derivatives and regulations affecting them. You will be tasked with supporting the front office, including traders and structurers on a broad range of derivatives and repo work.
The role would suit a 1 PQE+ lawyer, who trained at a top tier law firm. Secondment experience is valuable but not essential. The role is very business focused, sitting with the front office, so requires a lawyer who is able to deal with internal stakeholders. The role requires the ability to take a commercially pragmatic view on legal issues.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the business, at a top organisation.
