Corporate Associate - Manchester
Our client is a highly regarded, national firm which houses a top tier corporate team in Manchester. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking for an additional associate/senior associate who can really add value to the team
This firm invests heavily in its people and that is why this is a great opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor.
You will be working with strong entrepreneurial lawyers on a range of corporate matters including M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits. You will have at least 3 years experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity or venture capital work
