The Opportunity:

A forward-thinking legal 500 firm is recruiting for an ambitious Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their growing Manchester team. Our client is one that has a solid reputation in the Banking and Finance sector due to their array of extensive knowledge and experience within their award-winning Banking and Finance team.

The Role:

As part of the role, you will be working on Banking and Finance related matters with a varied client base ranging from international banks, private investment funds to listed PLC's. As a team you will be advising on (dept-related) transaction between borrowers, sponsors and also lenders. The firm works and advises on cross border work. In doing so, you will gain the opportunity to develop your own portfolio strategically.
