Job Details
A large company with an in-house legal team based in Manchester is seeking a bright paralegal with strong corporate or commercial experience, or ideally both!
A position here will likely require at least one year of prior corporate/commercial legal experience as a paralegal at a law firm or even better within an in-house legal team.
You will assist with a variety of commercial contracts work and corporate matters, and work with a couple of other paralegals in the team.
Any litigation experience would also be beneficial.
Salary is likely to be up to £25,000.
