Job Details
Taylor Root has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join the legal team in the head offices of an international FMCG firm.
Reporting directly to the Head of General Counsel & Legal Services for the UK and Ireland, This role will give you the opportunity to provide guidance to a variety of Business Units across the firm.
You will provide proactive, solution oriented, strategic advice on a wide range of non-contentious and contentious issues, including:
- IP and brand portfolio
- Competition law
- Contracts
- Data protection
- General commercial law
- Media and advertising
- Regulatory/compliance
This role will also require you act as a business partner for and sit on the UK&I leadership team of one or more of the Business Units.
