Employment Paralegal

Here at CRA we are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading and most successful law firms nationally. With over 90 years' experience.

It is for their Cardiff office that they are looking to take on a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their busy Employment department on a Full Time Contact basis.

The firm are constantly investing in their business to maintain such reputation, and are looking to invest further in their team.

The role will typically entail: assisting the fee earners with their case load, dealing with enquiries, providing basic employment law advice, attending meetings, drafting documents and working with clients on a full range of employment issues.
The candidates should ideally have experience working within a Legal Assistant/Paralegal role within a firm of Solicitors, an ability to time manage and an ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
