This firm enjoys good profile in Yorkshire with a good spread of partners from big firm backgrounds as well as the chance to work within a recognised unit for this type of real estate litigation. Its property practice handles a full range of disputes across commercial, telecoms and property for UK wide, national and regional clients.

They are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor, ideally at 5+ PQE. The work is dealing with contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant (including 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices), residential tenancy management and other general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes. This is an attractive opportunity to progress your career within a collegiate team.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of quality experience ideally gained with a recognised commercial firm and will be benefit from a commitment to personal development, mentoring and supervision.
