Corporate / M&A Lawyer – Insurance – Contract – up to £900/day

The Client

Our client is a household name in the insurance industry, based in London. They need a senior corporate/M&A lawyer to join their mid-sized team for a 6-12 month contract (minimum).

The Role

You will be responsible for a broad range of work, supporting the needs of the business. Examples of responsibilities include;

  • Supporting M&A and other corporate transactions including post M&A integration activity;
  • Drafting share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, due diligence review, and any other related materials;
  • Drafting / Negotiating / Vetting commercial contracts & NDA’s;
  • Managing and advising on risk strategies for corporate contracts; and
  • Managing junior lawyers and paralegals.

About You

You should:

  • Have top law firm training;
  • Have in-house experience (not necessarily in insurance); and
  • Be a UK qualified lawyer.
