Job Details
We are currently working on a rare opportunity for an exceptional candidate to join a Birmingham based regulatory team who undertake all aspects of corporate defence work in a leading national firm.
With a real mix of work available, you can expect to be involved in corporate manslaughter investigations, large pollution incidents and a wide range of regulatory investigations alongside corporate transactional support and supervising and developing more junior members of the team. You should have an active interest in business development and be eager to help continue driving the team's reputation and future growth.
You will have a good working knowledge of Criminal Procedure Rules and defending cases in the Magistrates Court and Crown Courts, strong communication skills both written and oral, good organisation skills and the ability to digest large volumes of information and present it in meaningful ways to the range of audiences.
Previous criminal defence experience is a distinct advantage (Police Station and Magistrates Court)
