Our client's office in Dubai, supports clients doing business in both the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the wider MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.
The Dubai office has a team of partners and associates with substantial domestic, regional and international experience in corporate, private equity, M&A, disputes and finance. There are over 50 lawyers in the Dubai office currently.
You will be involved with international cross border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures and commercial matters across a broad range of sectors including financial services, telecommunications, technology, natural resources and life sciences.
The right candidate for this role will have exceptional academics and experience working at a top tier law firm on corporate transactions. You must have experience leading private equity and M&A deasls. You will be common law qualified and have at least 6 years post qualified experience.
