One of the leading firms on island are currently looking to hire an additional corporate lawyer with between 5 and 7 years' post-admission experience from a leading international law firm and who is either UK or Australia/New Zealand/Canada admitted. Work will be broad-ranging including M&A, equity capital markets, private equity transactions and investments, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and disposals, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, listing offshore companies on the Hong Kong, United States (Nasdaq and New York), London, Singapore and other internationally recognised stock exchanges, fundraisings, MBO's and MBI's. You will also require some experience of working on unit trusts..
