CORPORATE (JERSEY) (5 - 8 PQE) (£ CITY RATES)

The Jersey office of this highly-regarded offshore firm are currently looking for a 5 - 8 PQE corporate lawyer with experience from a major international or national UK firm or a major international firm in Australia or New Zealand. Work is broad-ranging including mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and disposals, schemes of arrangement, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and debt and equity capital markets matters. Clients include global financial institutions, private equity houses, multinational corporations, public organisations, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.
