In-house Legal Counsel
Malmesbury | 1+ years PQE
We are currently acting for a leading, multinational, technology company who are seeking a commercial lawyer to join their hugely successful in-house legal team.
The position reports into the Head of Legal for UK Operations and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribution as part of a dynamic and ambitious in-house legal team working on cutting edge technology.
The main remit if the role will be to provide commercial and contract law to the group functions. Working along side the Senior Legal Counsel, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribution as part of a dynamic and ambitious in-house legal team. You will build strong relationships with internal group functions including Procurement, IT and Finance and provide input into contract control processes for various divisions.
To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ post qualification experience in contract negotiations. You will have excellent communication skills and the capability of interacting with the business at all levels and will also have the confidence and technical ability to be able to deal with issues outside your experience.
