An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a leading London law firm.

The firm are based in the City and their Real Estate and Projects team have a varied client list, working with companies from sectors including housing, energy, health care, leisure and accommodation.

The firm are keen to recruit a Property Paralegal who is able to manage their own caseload, so this role would really suit someone with conveyancing experience from a smaller law firm who is looking to move to a large central London firm.

A real focus for this team is development work for private developers and housing associations, so the successful Property Paralegal will be working on those transactions, as well as running their own caseload of conveyancing files.

This is an unusually broad Property Paralegal role; the successful Paralegal can look forward to working on transactions from residential conveyancing to large Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join a top-ranked law firm which offers excellent scope for progression through the CILEX qualification or the opportunity to apply to train with the firm. 

This is a temporary to permanent position paying £22,000 - £24,000, depending on experience. The ideal Paralegal will be available at short notice.
