Property Paralegal - Colchester

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a London law firm’s Colchester office.

The firm’s Property Finance team is considered to be one of the best in the UK, and is ranked as a leading practice in the legal directories!

The successful Property Paralegal can look forward to working on their own caseload property finance matters, which entails transferring direct property ownership into indirect ownership through investment in securities.

Day-to-day your work will involve analysing titles, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, carrying out searches, liaising with clients and dealing with post-completion matters.

Whilst training will be provided, this role would really suit a law graduate with a bit of Property experience under their belt, who lives in or near Colchester and is looking to join a well-respected law firm.

This is a great opportunity for a Property Paralegal to work closely with fee earners who are considered leaders in their field. The firm have also been known to offer Training Contracts to their Paralegals, so there is longer term scope for exciting career development.
