THE ROLE

The London team now seeks an experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join a newly recruited partner.

The work will encompass mainly predominantly non-contentious work linked into the firm's corporate, finance and real estate teams, amongst others, helping with advice to all stakeholders in distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.

You will be part of the cross-office Restructuring & Insolvency team within the Banking department.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have at least 2PQE and solid experience gained in an established practice, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements, amongst other things.

With good academics - 2.1 degree or equivalent with good A levels or equivalents, you'll have experience of running transactional and other work as a fee earner.

You should show evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a restructuring practice and be willing to initiate and participate in marketing and business development activities.
