This top law firm on Guernsey have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their highly rated Private Client / Wills & Probate team. Acting principally for HNW private clients, their practice encompasses drafting wills, estate planning, undertaking probate applications and estate administration (frequently involving multiple legal jurisdictions) and preparing related Powers of Attorney and Guardianship applications. The position will entail developing and managing your own case load of clients (with appropriate supervision from a highly-rated Partner in this area) and assisting with the promotion, development and marketing of the practice. Applicants should ideally have knowledge of law concerning probate, wills, trusts, estate planning and all other areas of wills and probate work, ideally gained with a recognised offshore or UK private client practice.
