We are working with a leading international firm that is seeking junior and mid-level Corporate associates to join its Tokyo office.
Tokyo, renowned for its beautiful culture, food and overall lifestyle, is one of the leading business hubs worldwide, and so this is an excellent opportunity for any UK, US or Australian qualified associate to make the move and benefit from exposure to high-quality work and multijurisdictional knowledge.
The Corporate team works on cross-border, high-profile matters that span across many facets of the practice, including mergers & acquisitions as well as joint ventures. Given the breadth of work on offer, the team works closely with clients in a multitude of industry sectors, not limited to TMT, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing.
The team’s focus on the emerging markets sector allows for regular international client interaction and business development opportunities that will serve to bolster an associate’s professional portfolio.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of PQE, with prior general corporate experience gained at an established firm in the UK, US or Australia.
