We have just taken brand new instructions this morning from this fantastic 'City' client as they have just announced this new opportunity for another super-ambitious Employment lawyer to join their already high profile and very successful specialist Employment Law team based in their growing Cardiff offices. Quite simply, Employment Law opportunities just don't get any better than this in the market at the moment !

The team is currently a lead partner, a PDL, managing associates, senior associates and associates as well as paralegal and secretarial support staff. The work across the team ranges from acting for high profile multi-nationals, often with an international dimension, to acting for local businesses and individuals, and across both a range of contentious and non-contentious practice, so there is excellent variety and always plenty of client contact opportunities.

The successful candidate will ideally be perhaps a year or two qualified at this stage in your career and you will be given the opportunity to run your own files with close supervision on hand as well as assisting more experienced colleagues on more complex work. As you would expect from a firm like this the training programme and supervision structure in place is fantastic so they will take your career as seriously as you do, if you are willing to put in the effort and ambition.

There is a top of the market salary range in place and excellent benefits - certainly from around the £45,000 mark to perhaps as much as £50,000+.
