About Us

This international company is one of the world’s largest fashion retail brands, highly recognised and sought-after around the world.

The Role

The real estate team is responsible for all stores across the brand portfolio and handle all property decisions from acquisitions, lease renewals, rebuilds, and overall strategy. The team is now looking for a real estate paralegal to assist them with this work through the UK. Your role will specifically focus on managing real estate files, coordinating leasing timetables, managing completions and preparing and issuing key documents for the leasing team and preparing basic alterations and renewals. You will interact with the wider business and answer questions across a variety of real estate matters.

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate paralegal to work with a leading fashion brand in a new role for the business. Experience as a real estate paralegal is key; you will also have completed the LPC. If you have a future training contract and would like to work in the meantime, this could be a great opportunity for you, the business would consider a contract for a future trainee. However, it is also a permanent role for a paralegal who is looking for stability. Strong organisational skills and the ability to interact with the business will be key.
