Job Details
A new opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor to join this L500 rated West Midlands firm.
Based in Solihull, the firm are well known for dealing with high quality work and are seeking an individual with 4+ years' pqe.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage an existing residential property caseload from instruction to registration
- Deal with all aspects of conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold and leasehold work
- Raise the profile of the department in the business community
You will demonstrate strong technical expertise and be able to work without supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercial firm who are going from strength to strength and be instrumental in the further expansion of their residential property team.
