The role...

The firm undertake a really varied/mixed type of work which means your day to day would be particularly interesting.

They are also happy to consider applications from Chartered Legal Executives.

The successful applicant will be based in their office in Basingstoke and will be involved in expanding our team and working closely with the director who is head of the department.
You will need to be a team player with the ability to take instructions from clients, prioritise work and progress it promptly and efficiently to a high standard.

A good working knowledge of Commercial Property law is essential.

You will be…

  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2-5 years PQE (There is no upper limit to level of PQE)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to take instructions and progress work promptly and efficiently, to a high standard with supervision when or if required
  • Be professional, organised, competent, enthusiastic and ambitious
  • Proactive not reactive attitude
  • Ability to use all Microsoft applications, especially Word and Outlook and Excel as required
