Interim Senior Paralegal

A highly regarded, international pharma company is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their team on an initial 9 month contract with view to extend. This role is based out of their EMEA HQ in Surrey easily commutable from central London (Waterloo/Clapham Junction stations).

Supporting a busy team with a focus across the EMEA region you will be responsible for:

• contracts management
• draft and negotiate standard commercial contracts with third parties including NDAs and master service agreements
• serve as a contact person and advisor to the EMEA HQ functions
• formatting of documents
• filing and tracking of contracts in the contracts management system
• escalating matters to the senior members of the team

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years experience in a similar position as a commercial paralegal, ideally in a busy in-house environment. You will have a proactive approach with strong communication skills.

This is a pure commercial role. Candidates with experience only in litigation or another area of law will not be considered for this position.
