RESTRUCTURING & INSOLVENCY - TOP 20 UK FIRM - CITY (NQ-2PQE)

An opportunity has arisen for a bright junior lawyer to join a friendly full service City firm, as part of a fast growing R&I practice. The team handle both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency issues, however this position will be mainly focused towards providing non-contentious advice. Matters include: corporate and real estate restructuring, director's duties advisory and insolvency matters.

Associates benefit from a friendly, well supported environment with excellent levels of training and support, including close partner interaction. Solicitors are however encouraged to work independently and to engage in marketing and BD activities from an early stage.

The successful candidate will have gained relevant experience from a recognised firm and will possess a strong academic record.
