Job Details
Our client, a global heavyweight, is actively seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate to join their burgeoning team. With a fantastic client roster that includes Fortune and FTSE companies, especially in the financial services, TMT and energy sectors, they are mandated on big ticket M&A deals. They also work for a number of PE Houses and handle VC related work.
Experience in venture and development capital, mid-market buyouts and corporate M & A is desirable; experience of acting for Private Equity houses will be an advantage. The work will be broad, challenging and international.
The hourly targets are 1600 and the remuneration is very competitive ££
