Experienced Residential Development Lawyer required for leading international firm's Manchester office.

Ideally you'll be an experienced residential development lawyer or a senior associate looking to take the step up to a senior role with potential future partnership prospects. You will have significant expertise in residential development to be considered for this role.

This international firm has an excellent profile, particularly in the regions and is known for being run as a strong business, with deep links to clients and a forward thinking and commercial approach.

They are seeking to grow their real estate offering in Manchester, ideally by appointing someone at a senior level to help develop the practice on the residential development side and drive it forward. To this end, profile and knowledge of the house building sector is important, though the strength of the firm's existing relationships means a following is not necessary.

You'll be ambitious and seeking a long term career opportunity in a sector where the market is continuing to develop at pace. You'll have a track record of working with developers in the house building and residential development sectors and an interest in driving forward an already burgeoning practice which operates nationally. You'll be adept at managing and supervising talented lawyers and have an interest in nurturing talent.

Given the profile of the real estate team across the regions there will be excellent support and a plethora of clients in this sector to tap into and develop further business, whilst assisting the smooth running of the team alongside other senior lawyers.
