Corporate Tax Associate

The key responsibilities of this Corporate Tax Associate role include:

• Working on standalone transactions for the tax team, alongside advising on the transactions of other practice areas, these including:
• Real Estate
• Finance
• Corporate
• Restructuring
• Advising on VAT issues.
• Taxation disputes.
• Covering multiple jurisdictions.

The key requirements for this Corporate Tax Associate include:

• A proven track record of working within corporate tax; candidates due to qualify in 2019 will also be considered.
• A background having worked for either a leading City or regional firm.
• Strong academic credentials; you will have attained at least a 2.1 in your undergraduate studies.
• An exemplary attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise and to multi-task.
