This successful East Anglian practice are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy department, taking on a full caseload of residential property matters.

The Role
Due to being busy, the firm are looking to hire an Experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive or Conveyancer into their King's Lynn office, Norfolk.
You will join a dedicated team, who have built up a fantastic reputation in the local market for all property needs. Many of these clients are repeat customers, so you will be joining a well-established department.
You will be expected to be confident in the whole conveyancing process from instruction to completion and you will be responsible for your own files. Your caseload will include but not limited to: sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership, leasehold enfranchisement, residential development and completions. You will also be involved in the marketing and business development side of things, so this role will suit an ambitious individual.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with a 2 minimum of years PQE
- You will have strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
- You should have good communication skills
- You will be ambitious and wanting to progress
- Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience
