About the role
The successful Real Estate Solicitor is required to join a market leading law firm in Manchester with a highly regarded Real Estate team who provide a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property with an enviable client base in the private and public sector including developers, local authorities, academic establishments and healthcare providers.
About the Real Estate Solicitor
Given the nature of the work, you will be an experienced Real Estate Solicitor, NQ - 2 years PQE who has completed a minimum 6 months seat in commercial property with a real interest in developing in this practice area.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. Strong business development skills with experience in marketing in order to continue the development of this increasingly busy and expanding team is an advantage.
