Corporate Paralegal - Liverpool

As a newer entrant into the Liverpool market this is a great time to join new and emerging teams.

The firm itself is a large international practice so the infrastructure, support and training is first class.

This role arises within the corporate team and provides the foundation to substantive corporate transactions in London and around the world. The firm are seeking a number of corporate paralegals for the Liverpool office and are keen to progress interest.

Whilst there is a certain degree of flexibility in terms of background the reality is that they are seeking some degree of comparable experience within a non-contentious discipline such as commercial or real estate or, ideally, experience within corporate.

The firm will provide wider training to support those who need it but there must be bedrock of prior relevant paralegal experience.
