Governance & Risk Manager
Our client is a renowned, leading international university based in the heart of central London. Established for over 100 years, the university prides itself on its outstanding headway made in shaping the current thinking around the political, economic, cultural and religious challenges of our world.
As Governance & Risk Manager, you will act as a Clerk to the Board of Trustees and oversee the ongoing review of key governance documents in line with legal requirements. You will provide expert advice to the senior team on governance and decision-making, act as Minute Secretary for a range of committees and lead the Trustee appointment, induction and development programme.
The successful applicant will have strong governance skills, including supporting board and committees, and a thorough understanding of governance and risk management. They will have demonstrable experience of reporting writing and an understanding of the principles and practice of good governance in a publicly accountable organisation.
