JOB TITLE: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-3 Years PQE
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Competitive

THE ROLE:
This position will see you joining a highly regarded litigation team, handling a mixed and varies caseload of general commercial litigation matters and also some Property Litigation work. This is varied role that will give the successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor responsibility from the outset, providing high quality technical work. You will be responsible for your own caseload, with some supervision, handling matters including, property related disputes to include claims over the ownership of land, rights of way, landlord and tenant disputes and also general commercial disputes to include the recovery of debts, insolvency and contract claims

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have between 2-3 years PQE and gained excellent training and experience with another leading law firm. Applications are sought from Dispute Resolution Solicitors who are commercially aware, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing blogs and articles.

Educated to postgraduate level, including a first class honours degree and a distinction in her postgraduate legal qualification, Kaye has a thorough understanding of what clients require and has built up a strong network of contacts throughout the UK. Her practical and honest advice has resulted in a successful commercial reputation respected by both candidates and clients.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual. Felicity is determined to become an expert in both recruitment and the legal industry, in order to provide her clients and candidates with strong market information and guidance. As a  member of  eNLs London & South East Locum Team she recruits for fixed term contract positions, holiday cover and interim roles across the region.
